One of the benefits of Acacia Honey is a higher fructose content – this means that it takes far longer to crystallise than traditional honey blends. However, after some time crystallisation may still occur. To return your honey to its runny state, warm the jar or bottle gently in a bowl of warm water until all crystals have disintegrated.

This honey is unsuitable for consumption by infants under the age of 12 months.
